The booking can be made directly with Marina Yacht Charter by sending us the request at booking@marinayachtcharter.com.
On our website you will find the Online Booking section. Here you can check the boat availability in real time and send a booking request.
You may also refer to your preferred Yacht Charter Agency.
The payment shall be made through bank transfer. In the following proportions: 50% of the total amount on the day the booking is confirmed, and 50% at least 30 days before boat delivery
After the yacht charter reservation has been confirmed, which is valid only if provided in writing, the payment is to be made as follows:
- 50% of the total charter fee should be settled upon the reservation.
- The rest of the charter fee 50% should be paid at least 30 days prior to embarkation.
- If the Yacht is booked within no less than 30 days before boat delivery (charter period) the charter fee must be paid entirely.
All the extras, mandatory or optional and eventual services will be paid in full on embarkation day by card or in cash.
The deposit will be paid by Credit Card on embarkation day.
The refund of the deposit will be made automatically at the end of your cruise, after all the end-of-cruise checks have been made and no damage found at your expense.
We also give the possibility to pay a reduced deposit through a non-refundable insurance waiver.
The yachts will be clean, equipped and ready for Check-in and your embarkation on Saturday starting 17h.
In case of late arrival, after 20:00, we only require of you to let us know and we will accommodate you, eventually performing the check-in procedure the following morning.
The return to base at the end of your cruise must take place on Friday before 18:00. Afterwards our personnel will do the end of cruise checks.
The boat will be at your disposal for the night and the disembarkation; check-out must take place on Saturday before 9:00.
It is possible to do so by making a prior request and paying an extra €100 fee.
By all means, embarkation will be in the afternoon due to the fact that our staff must have the time to clean, sanitize, set-up and prepare the boat for the new embarkation.
Though our catamarans are equipped with large wardrobes and stowage spaces, we advise avoiding rigid luggage and using foldable bags that can be easily stored when empty. Better to also avoid trolley bags or wheeled luggage that usually damage the wooden surfaces of the boat.
Regarding your personal wardrobe keep in mind that you will be mostly in your bathing suite so we advise to not bring too many clothes but to prefer shorts and t-shirts.
Don’t forget to bring a waterproof jacket that will also protect you from the wind, a sweatshirt and long pants that will keep you warm during the evenings in port; also please bring comfy white-soled shoes (tennis/boating shoes).
Bring a backpack or a comfortable bag that you can use to carry personal items when you go ashore, as well as a water-proof bags for your electronics.
We provide bath towels (Large and medium set) but please bring your own beach towels.
Bring with you your ID documents (ID card – Valid Passport). Please do not forget your driving license in case you might wat to rent a car whilst ashore.
A valid Sailing License is mandatory for an unmanned boat.
However, the boats we rent with a Skipper service do not require one.
Diving certifications in case you want to practice the sport with local sub centres.
Personal health certifications to show in case needed.
Onboard you will find the beds prepared with bedsheet sets, pillowcases and blankets.
Our boats are equipped with all the needed crockery, cutlery and pots needed for cooking and eating onboard, the numbers being adequate to the boat capacity.
You have two options for the food and beverage purchase for your cruising period.
You can do it ourself in the shops and supermarkets adjacent to the port, or you can use our Onboard Provisions system, by paying an extra 20% of the total of the supermarket bill.
This type of service must be booked at least 15 days ahead by filling the respective list that we will supply during the booking process.
The boats are supplied with a mandatory First aid box that contains the needed items for first aid medication, such as disinfectant, band aids, bandages, gauze, etc..
For other devices and medicine for personal use you must provide it yourself.
You can then decide what is the best itinerary for you or by consulting the Skipper as he is very knowledgeable of the navigation area and eventual limits and restrictions.
The Skipper will create an itinerary following your requests, preferences and suggestions.
At your expense there will be, to pay on the spot, the stops you will make in the ports during the cruise and the refuelling.
Comprised in the price you will find the stop for the first and last night in the base port Marina D’Arechi – Salerno.
