For this, Marina Yacht Charter offers the possibility to buy a yacht adhering to various management programs. These allow you to obtain a return on the investment with guaranteed income percentages.

MY PROJECTThe ideal program for who is planning to buy a boat. You can do that with a minor cost and you can use it right away.

– Purchase investment of 40% – 60%
– Balance of the loan from M.Y.C. excluding VAT and registration.
– Charter management = promotion, booking, operative management, berth, maintenance and insurance defrayable by MYC
– Minimum management period is 7 years
– You become owner at the end of the 7 years
– You have the right to use your boat for 4 weeks during the year. (there is a possibility to use the boat when it is not booked).

MY YACHTThe ideal program for who decides to buy a boat and amortize the costs with a guaranteed return.

– The initial buying investment is 100% at your expense and the boat becomes your property.
– The insurance is at your expense.
– Charter management = promotion, boking, operative management, berth, regular maintenance is at MYC expense.
– The minimum management period is of 3 to 5 years, with the possibility to interrupt at the end of the season.
– Annual profitability between 7% and 12% of the purchase value.
– The right to use your boat for 6 weeks during the year. (this is possible when the boat is not rented)

MY BUSINESSIt is the ideal program for who considers the yacht purely as an investment.

– The initial buying investment is 100% at your expense and the boat becomes your property.
– Possibility of managing a boat you already own or buying a used boat (conditioned by the year of the boat, by its qualities and characteristics).
– At your expenses: insurance, berth, maintenance
– Charter management = promotion, boking, operative management, berth, regular maintenance is at MYC expense.
– Free management period, with a possible withdrawal at the end of the ongoing season.
– Management fees = 35% of the charter activity income are destined to MYC to cover the management costs.
– The right to use the boat throughout the year (possibility of agreements for the use of the boat when free from reservations).
